# Make a piece of content, start to finish

## What this does (read this first)

You have an idea for a post, a video, or a newsletter. This prompt turns AI
into a writing partner that gives you three openings, a structured draft, and
short versions for social media. It works from YOUR outline and YOUR voice
rules, so the draft sounds like you instead of like the internet.

The idea is simple: AI is fast at a first draft, you are the one with the
stories and opinions. Let it do the fast part. Then you make it true.

## How to use it

1. Write your idea in one sentence. Rough is fine.
2. Jot 3 to 5 points you want to make. Bullet points, no polish needed.
3. Add two or three rules about how you talk (words you use, words you hate).
4. Paste the prompt below, fill in the brackets, and read what comes back.
5. Cut at least a tenth of it. First drafts always have filler.

3. An ending with ONE thing for the reader to do next. Not three. One.
4. Three short versions for social media, each under 280 characters, taken
   from the sharpest parts of the draft.

Rules: follow my voice rules exactly, no filler phrases like "in today's
fast-paced world," and if you are not sure about a fact, mark it with
[CHECK] instead of guessing.

## Watch out for

- **AI drafts sound generic until you add the real stuff.** Your story from
  last Tuesday beats anything it invents. Swap its examples for yours.
- **Check every number and claim.** It writes confidently even when it is
  wrong. The [CHECK] marks are your homework.
- **The opening matters most.** Try all three on a friend. Keep the one that
  makes them ask "and then what?"
